I’m Ink Choi, Toronto based visual / UI designer.
Through my graphic experiences, I have learned how important it is to bring the content to its maximum potential to reach the target audience. A basic concept can be transformed into a new level of professionalism in a well-planned design. Basic words can turn into a creative look with well-made typography. My strength is visualizing elements and contents into a universal language which is understood at a glance.
Through my illustration experiences, I have learned the significance of creativity. 'Universal' doesn't necessarily mean 'Boring'. It means it is crucial to analyze the target audience and find a way to communicate with them in a new visual language. I believe that an artist needs to appreciate the value of creativity and consistently suggest a fresh idea to audiences.
Through my web/UI experience, I have learned the power of human-centric design and continuous improvement. It is crucial to communicate constantly with a client, a designer, a developer, and a user to create valuable products. My goal as a visual / UI designer is to make a user interface aesthetically, intuitively, and efficiently work well together in order to enrich people's lives.
